Discussions are planned to start in Autumn 2024 (after completion of her restoration) to consider the viability Gipsy Moth IV’s third circumnavigation to start (on 26 August 2026) to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Chichester’s departure from Plymouth. The routing will aim to involve as many sailing ports and clubs as possible in order to share her sailing heritage.
