In restoring Gipsy Moth IV back to her 1966 state much work has been done to repair and maintain the original equipment.
For environmental, functional and safety reasons, some of the best and latest technologies have been installed. Gipsy Moth IV has installed the B&G navigation equipment, SOLO DOCKER a newly developed water jet thruster in the bow and has treated the engine with a newly developed formulation to reduce the emissions from the onboard marine diesel engine by over 30%.
