There is a long history and association between Gipsy Moth IV and the British royal family. The yacht was visited by Queen Elisabeth II and the Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and has been sailed by Anne. Princess, royal who also re-launched Gipsy IV after her recommissioning in 2005.
